Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy – Anviti Foods Private Limited

At Anviti, we take pride in delivering pure and high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we provide a 5-day exchange/return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or return.

Exchanges & Returns

• To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us at contact@anvitifoods.com.
• Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• The original invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.
• Products once used/opened are not eligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges/Returns are allowed only in the following cases :

1. The product is damaged, or you received the wrong item.
2. The product seal was broken at the time of delivery.
3. The product had already expired at the time of delivery.

If your return request is accepted, we will arrange a pickup from the same delivery address and notify you of the expected pickup date.

• In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be delivered within 3–5 working days after the return pickup is completed.
• For any delivery-related discrepancy, please contact us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Cancellation

• You may request to cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped.
• If cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund of the paid amount.
• Anviti reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including (but not limited to):

• Non-availability of stock,
• Pricing or informational errors,
• Issues identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund request.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
• Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
